We are now offering Small Group Virtual Training! As safety is of the utmost importance, we have decided to separate the sessions into 3 different body positions so clients can feel safe while they participate. 

Clients who sign up are welcome to join one, or all of these sessions. The more exercise you get, the better! 

Each session will begin with a brief check-in, followed by a 30-minute workout, and close with up to 20 minutes of open connection time. Social time before and after exercise will give you the opportunity to connect, celebrate successes, and commiserate with community members who are also struggling with social isolation.

Each part of the series will be guided by a trainer who will monitor your movement and alignment to offer tips and adjustments that increase your capability while keeping you safe. 

Water breaks will help support your hydration.  Daily email follow-ups, including a recording of the training, will help you to create consistency in your practice. A safe, encrypted platform, and the patient support of our administrative team, will help even the most technologically challenged to feel accomplished in attending this RenewMe Fitness Virtual Group Training.

We Are Committed To Making Your Virtual Training Easy:

  • Our administrative team is dedicated to helping you get comfortable with the software before your sessions begin. We will set up a call with you so you know proper camera placement for maximizing trainer feedback, and are set to "click-and-go" straight from your email.

  • Email reminders 30 minutes before the session so that you don't have to dig through your inbox on the day-of.

  • Using zoom-based software on an encrypted platform gives access to arguably the best video conferencing platform, without any of the security and data breach concerns.

  • An understanding community who is here to cheer you on in successes and walk with you through the challenges-- tech-based or otherwise.

Three Sessions every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday:

10am Supine Session

Join Minh in a supine session accessible by every body. This session will focus on building core strength and improving flexibility from a completely supine position-- no need to get up and down. Once you are settled on your bed or in another comfortable location you will be guided through a series of exercises that will still challenge you, by a trainer that will watch you and guide you safely into any necessary modifications.

12pm Seated Session

Join Maurice in a seated session geared for all levels of experience. This session will work on your strength and mobility from a chair-- this is perfect for individuals who may have difficulty standing for extended periods of time, but still want to work on their strength and functional mobility.

2pm Standing Session

Join Lauren in a standing session for individuals who are low falls risk. This session is designed for clients who want to work on gait mechanics, weight shifting, standing tolerance, balance, and overall strength and conditioning.
