Virtual Small Group Training
We are now offering Small Group Virtual Training! As safety is of the utmost importance, we have decided to separate the sessions into 3 different body positions so clients can feel safe while they participate.
Clients who sign up are welcome to join one, or all of these sessions. The more exercise you get, the better!
Each session will begin with a brief check-in, followed by a 30-minute workout, and close with up to 20 minutes of open connection time. Social time before and after exercise will give you the opportunity to connect, celebrate successes, and commiserate with community members who are also struggling with social isolation.
Each part of the series will be guided by a trainer who will monitor your movement and alignment to offer tips and adjustments that increase your capability while keeping you safe.
Water breaks will help support your hydration. Daily email follow-ups, including a recording of the training, will help you to create consistency in your practice. A safe, encrypted platform, and the patient support of our administrative team, will help even the most technologically challenged to feel accomplished in attending this RenewMe Fitness Virtual Group Training.
